University of Edinburgh to create the Glowbot

Based on the idea of a Primary 1 pupil, Iona, from Linlithgow Primary School, the Glowbot is designed to help children who are afraid of the dark find their way to the bathroom at night.

Laing O’Rourke and Primary Engineer have joined forces for the second year running to ignite pupil’s passion for engineering in Oxford classrooms with the ‘Primary Engineer Construction Programme’.
